All of them start with buying whole cattle.
This is a restaurant of yakiniku run by Yakiniku- marutomi, which has been in business for 60 years.
Yakiniku- marutomi will choose the most valuable meat of the day from Saga Cattle, Kumamoto Red Cattle, Shikoku Saburo Cattle and so on.
The shopkeeper personally identifies the meat and carefully chooses it.
In addition to the single menu, there are also set menu. Welcome to Kyoto modernist space, whether on weekdays or special days, you can use your five senses to taste good taste.
