Shabu-shabu is a popular Japanese dish where thinly sliced meat is cooked in a traditional hot-pot.
Our pork shabu-shabu has a refreshing flavor with a lot of white spring onion. You can soak shabu-shabu in special broth soup.
And you can have soba noodle for afters as much as you want. Foreign tourists will enjoy Japanese traditional broth soup.
