ABOUT US

Selling dorayaki made with domestic high quality fruits that are not sold in general markets or supermarkets, dough that took 4 months to develop, organic red bean paste, and fresh cream made with a special process using burnt brown sugar.

Those fruit are not available in any of the market in Tokyo, we negotiate directly with the farmers who produce the fruit to sell.
