The restaurant mainly serves meat dishes using "Wagyu Akagyu Kosei Beef (Japanese Red Kosei Beef)" raised on the company's own ranch, and only about 3% of all Akagyu (Red Wagyu beef) in Japan is distributed in Japan. The restaurant offers a wide variety of steaks that can only be made possible by the company's own ranch-fed beef, and the famous "Akagyu-don" (beef bowl) is also available.
